About Licorice Root (Athimadhuram Ver):

Liquorice (or) licorice (American English)  is the root of Glycyrrhiza glabra from which a sweet flavour can be extracted. Liquorice flavours are used as candies or sweeteners, particularly in some European and Middle Eastern countries.
